Project ExecutionResponsible for delivering Twin Era Technology Ltd’s projects, from kickoff to handover, across software, telecommunications, and solar work. I plan scope, schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate engineering and field teams; and keep clients informed of progress. I manage risks and quality checks so each project finishes on time, within budget, and to specification.
